About the Project
The Chinese New Year Red Packet Project celebrates creativity, inclusivity and empowerment.
Created in collaboration with AACE (Association of Art in Charity & Education for the Disabled & Disadvantaged), this limited-edition set features a fruit box–inspired design and a handcrafted paper persimmon made from repurposed materials, created by disabled artisans and single mothers.
Inspired by the spirit of “好柿” — goodness meant to be shared — this red packet set brings together craftsmanship, creativity and social purpose, spreading blessings and joy for the festive season.
A Glimpse Inside
The Designs
A Box Full of Goodness cradles a miniature persimmon tree – a symbol of Good Things in Abundance. It represents ushering in the new year with family reunions, generous fortune, kindness, and blessings that continue to grow.
Each box inciudes a Good Things – Persimmon 「好柿」handmade card made from recycled paper, lovingly crafted by disabled artisans and single mothers of AACE.
Piece by piece, every card is made with heart, carrying blessings and well wishes.
Assembie the tree, share the wishes, and let the goodness be passed from heart to heart.
